Secure Packaging
Place the item in its original dust bag and packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the product is protected from damage during transit.
Affix Shipping Label
Print the prepaid return label provided via email and attach it securely to the outside of your package over any old shipping labels.
Drop Off and Refund
Drop your package at the nearest authorized courier location; once inspected at our warehouse, your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days.
